Product Overview
The NX-USF700 uses the transit-time principle to measure liquid flow from the outside of the pipe — no cutting, welding or process shutdown required. Available in clamp-on and in-line configurations, it covers DN15 – DN6000 pipes and integrates seamlessly with plant SCADA over HART or Modbus. Ideal for retrofit projects, energy audits and applications where zero pressure drop and no wetted parts are essential.
Working Principle: A pair of ultrasonic transducers alternately transmit and receive sound pulses across the pipe at an angle. The pulse travelling with the flow arrives faster than the one travelling against it; the time-of-flight difference is directly proportional to the average flow velocity and is converted into a linear volumetric flow reading.
