NX-AUT-PLC delivers complete process automation solutions — from control philosophy and I/O sizing to panel manufacturing, PLC programming, SCADA / HMI development and on-site commissioning. Based on best-in-class PLC platforms (Siemens S7, Rockwell ControlLogix, Schneider Modicon), each system is engineered for high availability, secure remote access and OT-grade cybersecurity.
Working Principle: Field instruments are wired into distributed remote I/O over PROFINET / EtherNet/IP. The central PLC executes deterministic control logic in scan cycles below 10 ms and exchanges data with a SCADA / HMI layer over OPC UA. Operators visualise the plant, acknowledge alarms and trend KPIs, while historian data is archived for compliance and analytics.
