Product Overview
The NexFlow NX-MAG Series Electromagnetic Flow Meter is designed for precise measurement of conductive liquids, slurries, and wastewater. Based on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction, it provides high accuracy, excellent repeatability, and zero pressure loss due to its obstruction-free measuring tube. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN600, the NX-MAG Series is ideal for water treatment, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, mining, power plants, and other demanding industrial applications.
Working Principle: The Electromagnetic Flow Meter operates on Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction. When a conductive liquid flows through a magnetic field generated by the sensor, a voltage proportional to the flow velocity is induced. Electrodes mounted inside the flow tube detect this voltage, and the converter calculates the volumetric flow rate with high precision. Since there are no moving parts or obstructions inside the flow tube, the meter offers reliable, maintenance-free performance with negligible pressure loss.
