Product Overview
The NexFlow NX-CM Series Coriolis Mass Flow Meter provides highly accurate direct mass flow, density, temperature, and volume measurement for liquids, gases, and slurries. Based on advanced Coriolis technology, it eliminates the need for pressure and temperature compensation while delivering exceptional performance even under demanding process conditions. Designed with a robust stainless steel measuring tube and advanced digital transmitter, the NX-CM Series is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, oil & gas, and process industries requiring precise custody transfer and process control.
Working Principle: The Coriolis Mass Flow Meter operates by vibrating one or two measuring tubes at their natural frequency. As fluid flows through the vibrating tubes, Coriolis forces cause a phase shift proportional to the mass flow rate. High-speed digital electronics continuously measure this phase difference while simultaneously calculating density from the vibration frequency and temperature using an integrated RTD sensor. Unlike conventional flow meters, Coriolis technology measures true mass flow directly, independent of pressure, temperature, viscosity, conductivity, or density variations.
