Product Overview
Calibration & Accuracy Calibrated on a high-precision flow test bench with accuracy up to ±0.2%. Electromagnetic flowmeters are calibrated at 5 measurement points to ensure reliable and repeatable performance. Calibration laboratory is approved according to CNAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Calibration is performed using the MT method water flow standard calibration device. Calibration can be carried out using mass method, comparison method, and pulse method. Standard accuracy: ±0.5% High-accuracy option: ±0.2%
Working Principle: The electromagnetic flow section generates a magnetic field across the measuring tube. As conductive hot water passes through the magnetic field, a voltage proportional to the water velocity is induced and detected by electrodes. The transmitter converts this signal into flow velocity and volumetric flow rate. For heat measurement, temperature sensors measure the inlet and outlet temperatures. The electronics use the measured flow rate, temperature difference and the relevant fluid properties to calculate the thermal energy transferred.
